Here you will find our prices, which depend on the season. You book the entire house regardless of the number of people.
The following services are included in the price:
- complete house for personal use during the booked period
- Occupancy with 5 people (2x bedroom #1, 2x bedroom #2, 1x salon ground-floor)
- use of one private parking space directly at the house for 1 vehicle
- towels such as bedding is provided for the specified number of people
- use of private garden (fenced with entrance gate)
- For travelers with toddlers will charge one travel bed as well as a high chair provided
- All consumption costs such as electricity, water, internet, etc. are included
Services that have to be booked additionally:
- Professional final cleaning including disinfection of the entire apartment and all sensitive areas, costs: 65 EUR once per stay
Optional services:
- Pet flat rate (max. 2 dogs up to 25kg or 3 small dogs up to 10kg or 1 big dog up to 40kg): 20 EUR once per stay
Visitor's tax:
- The municipality charges a visitor's tax of 0,50Eur per person / day.
House Rules:
- no parties, bachelor parties etc.
- Night rest is to be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m
